We ordered our food in advance as per the website instructions and the pizza came out within 10 mins of arrival. The service was very attentive and quick. The ambiance of the place was very casual and not loud. It was cool to sit at a long table with other patrons and just have good conversations. One thing to note is the gratuity is automatically set at 18% and not able to go lower. It's not an issue, but always good to know.

Still a fantastic spot and hit that pizza craving like nothing else. Now remember to reserve a table you must pre order your pizza and trust me that's a good thing as the pizza takes at least 40min to bake but also a little more to cool enough to slice up. We usually get our pizza with chicken, onion and peppers and yes it's so freakin' delicious!! We also love to grab the beet salad so so yummy kinda wish it had more dressing but that's just a preference. It's a great place, decent amount of tables, nice and cozy and plenty of TVs (I think they were playing ghostbusters on one of them hehe) love love love this place and its people

Back around the time Windy City opened, actually before it even opened and pizza was to go only, I wrote them a glowing review on Yelp. Something about the taste that made me keep eating even when I was full. For years Windy City was our go to pizza place. Then one evening we ordered two pizzas, one was cold and the other, a Meatza, had hardly any meat on it. I wrote a review knocking them pretty hard. After some time we've been giving them another chance. The two pizzas we got yesterday were delicious, as good if not better than what we remembered. The meatza was even meaty! I love the flavor of their sauce! My one suggestion is that they don't just put one or two chunks of sausage on each slice but spread it out more evenly.

Amazing Chicago deep dish pie...in Seattle! I ordered a custom to accomodate my vegetarian friend, and did online order with pickup. The pizza was super fresh and practically steaming when I arrived. The texture is an ethereally light foccacia and absolutely a pillowy piece of heavy. The red sauce is rich, and mozz was generous. I think more salt was needed, but it's good to undersalt and have that option of adding your own later. The assortment of veggies were fresh and didn't add wateriness to the pie. We pretty much immediately ate almost the entire thing. I'll be back to try their other options. Overall, a solid and delightful option to have in Seattle and they do the classic right.
